Tickets to all Sydney Lyric shows can be made through the secure Ticketmaster website or by calling 1300 795 267 and selecting option 1.
For in person bookings, you can visit our Box Office from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Our Box Office is also open from 11am on Saturday & Sunday (when performances are scheduled). Box Office cannot assist with general ticket sales from 1.5 hours prior to any performance time and does not usually operate on Public Holidays. Check performance times here.

Ticketmaster is the authorised ticket seller for the Sydney Lyric. Please be aware that the Sydney Lyric has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers, as these may be invalid tickets. If you attend with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree or otherwise, you may be refused entry. Mobile Delivery ticketing is like Print-at-Home tickets but instead of having to print off the tickets yourself, you can just show the ticket barcode on your mobile phone. If you have a mobile ticket, make sure you have your ticket ready on your phone, with the QR bar code clearly visible for scanning at the auditorium doors. To access your mobile ticket, log into your Ticketmaster account from your phone. Please make sure your phone is fully charged and have screen brightness set to full so your ticket can be scanned. If you are unable to do that, don’t worry, we can try scan them from your phone, and if that doesn’t work, our Box Office will be able to re-print them for you. Do not try to print your mobile tickets as these will not be accepted for entry.

When you purchase two Lyric Deluxe tickets you will receive two Premium or A-Reserve tickets, a souvenir show program, two glasses of French Champagne (or other bar selection), two of our famous theatre Choc Top Ice Creams and a handmade Australian chocolate bar.
Lyric Deluxe packages are available for collection from the VIP Lyric Deluxe counter in the theatre Stalls foyer before the show.
